The emphasis is on safe and disciplined training, with some skills taught in the form of games and exercises designed to keep their interest, so they get the most out of Taekwon-Do.

Little Scrummers Rugby
- Saturday mornings
The aim is to help to improve your child’s gross motor skills, and their sporting ability by introducing them to sport at an earlier age. It has a positive effect on communication, behavioural, and social skills. We love the children to be outdoors and use pitches as much as possible, with all our classes being outside March-October. Classes are divided into age groups and times:

Sharks 2-3yrs - Time: 8.30 - 9.15am
Tigers 3-4yrs - Time: 9.20 - 10.10am
Falcons 4-5yrs - Time: 10.15 - 11.10am
Warriors 5-6yrs - Time: 10.15 - 11.10am
