Every year at the Queens’ Federation we set ourselves ambitious plans for school development. These ensure that we are continuing to offer the very best teaching, support and care for all of our children. Please see below to read our most recent Strategic Development Plan overviews. Our 2023-24 plan reflects our ambitions for the coming year, while older plans show the development work we carried out in previous years.
