PSFA

As the PSFA at Queen Emma, we would love to get to know you and we hope that many of you will be keen to get involved with what is going on.

Our aim

A group of parents, staff and friends of Queen Emma Primary School, focused on developing a sense of community, organising events and raising funds to enrich the school environment.

Community

Every parent/carer of a Queen Emma child is automatically a member of the PSFA. It is up to you how involved you would like to be. The PSFA meetings are open to all and we alternate the times and days to try and enable as many people to attend as possible – see the school calendar for details.

The PSFA operate a communications system amongst parents called Classlist. This allows parents to communicate at a number of different levels and with different groups of people within the school. Parents can just email the other parents in their child’s class. They can also contact specific parents. On those occasions when a message is relevant to everyone in the school, a message can be posted to the whole group. Events details can be posted and advertised for everyone to see. You can find out more by going to https://www.schoolclasslist.com and clicking on the Learn More button or reading the testimonies page. We would be delighted if all the families represented in each class were able to sign up, as this would really help facilitate communication.
